The foood was awesome. The rools were impeccably presented. I ate late at night during the week, walking in when it was close to last call. I was the only diner here. I chose to eat Ala Cart. At the end I ate enough that it was cheaper to do All U Can Eat. So they changed my bill to AUCE. What an awesome thing to do. Truly an awesome experience!

I've lived in Aliante since 2007 and today was my first visit to Sushi Tachi. It's a bit hidden away off of Simmons, but you can see the restaurant when your on Centennial. There is plenty of parking space in the front since it's in a strip mall. The restaurant was packed, but there is a 60 minute limit when your doing the all-you-can-eat option. We were a party of 3 and had to be placed on a wait list. We ended up waiting only 14 minutes and we were seated. You'll leave your phone number on the wait list and they'll simply call you. Their menu is pretty extensive. They have photos of their sushi on one menu and more extensive second menu with just words. It's fairly easy to follow. The sushi is fresh and delicious. It's not like other sushi restaurants where you wait extensive amount of time in-between orders. They are quick. The 4 waitresses constant work around the restaurant in order to ensure you are getting your orders in quickly. You don't feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend this establishment. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Very friendly service and tasty rolls/sushi!! This is an AYCE little spot. We sat at the bar and the sushi chefs were very knowledgeable and had speedy service. I was very happy to see they offered half or full orders on the rolls because I love trying a little of everything! Will return in the future!
